Firstly, I can’t recommend Mateo highly enough for any level of remodeling or renovation jobs you may be doing. We recently used Blue Arrow Construction to remodel the kitchen, bathroom and a large portion of the living area in our home and have been delighted with the both the process and the results. Well I just had to write this review. Jimmy with Blue Arrow Construction was the contractor on our remodel and his work and schedule was just perfect. I know when you start a remodel you figure the schedule to be very flexible and the project to always take weeks or months to finish beyond what the contractor says, but I am here to tell you Jimmy finished on time. Not one day late, and the work was without a doubt top notch. I had, really, nothing to complain about. Therefore Jimmy you deserve these 5 stars. I was having foundation work done on my home in LA. My consultant at Blue Arrow was nothing short of amazing. He took time, care, and patience to make me feel comfortable with the process and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this company. Customer service of this level is very, very rare today.
Separate from the incredible customer service, the work they performed is excellent. I would use this company again without any hesitation. I’d give 6 stars, if I could.
